Mission Statement

Founded in 1998, the Supervised Visitation Monitors Association of Northern California serves to provide
a safe and nurturing environment for children where there is need for reunification, alleged/adjudicated emotional, physical or sexual abuse of the child by
a parent, or threat of abduction.
